Lead time is from receipt of complete order details. Adherence to parameters is required to prevent delays.
Important SureShip Requirements:
  • SureShip must be designated on the order.
  • Complete order and electronic or camera-ready artwork must be received by 12 midnight EST.
  • SureShip can now process all of the decorating methods listed above.
  • If you submit an order after normal business hours, be sure to include a primary after hours contact. A phone number or email address is required so that we can reach you in the event of order-related issues or questions.
  • For USB uploads via SureShip, your order must be received AND your files must be uploaded to Leed’s secure USB upload site before 12 midnight EST to qualify.

Other Exceptions to lead times:Watches

Standard lead time on watches is 13 days from proof approval. However, select watch styles are available for laser engraving and SureShip, inquire.

Growable Collection

The Growable Collection is not available for SureShip. For Growable orders, please add five days to standard lead times. The Growable Collection is available in the U.S.

Product Proofs

Product proofs (if requested) are available within the standard 5-day lead-time (pending proof approval timing). Order ships within 24 hours after product proof approval (up to catalog end column quantity). Depending on order size and imprint type, Leed’s may require a product proof. Please allow an additional 10 days for watch product proofs.

Significant artwork adjustments

Please allow one additional business day if you require Leeds to make extensive adjustments to your artwork. This might include clean-up, touch-up, typesetting, digitizing, or other adjustments.

Jouralbooks:

JournalBooks items (Showcase, Reveal, and Frame) are not available for SureShip. Standard lead-time on these items is 3 days from approval.

Logo 3D and Metal Plates:

Standard lead-time on logo 3d and metal plates is 4 weeks from approval.

Shipping Methods:

Please specify the method of shipping on your purchase order. If a method is not specified, Leed's will use our judgment in selecting the carrier and method in order to meet your in-hands date. We will always choose a method that is trackable unless otherwise specified.

Rush Services:

Available based on production capacity and decorating method. We will make every attempt to meet your need without additional charges. However, courier and expediting charges may apply. Rush services are not available on watch orders.
